Refunds and Cancellations

BLS Provider, First Aid CPR AED Courses

A processing fee of $5.00 will be retained for cancellations received more than 2 business days prior to course date.  No refund for no shows or cancellations less than 2 business days prior to course date.

If you’ve received materials prior to the course and cancel, materials must be returned unopened, or you will be charged for the cost of the materials in addition to the above stated processing fees.  Electronic books(eBooks) are nonrefundable.

Advanced Life Support Courses (ACLS, PALS, NRP)  & IV Therapy & Blood Withdrawal Course

A processing fee of $10.00 will be retained for cancellations received more than 2 business days prior to course date.  No refund for no shows or cancellations less than 2 business days prior to course date.

If you’ve received materials prior to the course and cancel, materials must be returned unopened, or you will be charged for the cost of the materials in addition to the above stated processing fee.  Electronic books(eBooks) are nonrefundable.
